Emergency help for Shopware stores that are down, show errors or are stuck after an update, with direct contact by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Shopware Store Down? Emergency Help from a Shopware Developer
Your Shopware store shows an error 500, is stuck in maintenance mode after an update, or the checkout no longer works? Then every hour counts. Contact me directly. I find the cause, get the store running again and tell you afterwards how to avoid the same outage in future.

On working days I get back to you as quickly as possible. In the evening, at weekends and on public holidays I help as soon as I am available. In my first reply I tell you honestly when I can work on your store.
What I handle in an emergency
- Store unreachable: error 500 or 503, blank page, timeouts
- Failed update: store stuck in maintenance mode, administration no longer loads, migrations aborted
- Plugin conflicts: after a plugin or Shopware update the storefront, cart or checkout breaks
- Orders not coming in: payment methods, order emails or integrations suddenly stop working
- Server and hosting problems: full disk, wrong PHP version after a hosting update, expired certificates
Costs
I discuss the cost with you personally before I start, so you know where you stand.
To make it quick
Please send as much of this as possible with your first message:
- the store's address and Shopware version, if known
- what exactly is happening and since when
- the last change before the outage: update, new plugin, hosting maintenance, server move
- which hosting provider the store runs on and who has access to the server and administration
Please do not send login details by email or WhatsApp. We agree on a secure way to exchange them in my first reply.
Priority for maintenance clients
Clients with a maintenance package get priority in an emergency. I know their store and already have access, so things move fastest there. Many emergencies never happen when updates are applied regularly and tested, for example with the Update package.
How I work
Three principles that apply in every project
Understand before building
First the short technical assessment: what is the actual problem, where is the lever, what makes economic sense? Then the implementation.
Build instead of forwarding
You talk to the developer who does the work – no handover chain, no black box, clear status updates and early warning about risks.
Hand over instead of holding on
Code in your repository, tests, documentation and a deployment process your team understands. No vendor lock-in – your system does not depend on me afterwards.

Good fit
Works well when...
- you have an existing Shopware system with a concrete technical issue.
- you need direct PHP/Symfony support without agency overhead.
- you expect clear analysis, clean implementation and traceable handover.
