1. Fixed Entry Fee - EUR 149 net
- Individual initial consulting on the Shopware Fair Usage Policy

If the negotiation is successful, the fixed fee is fully credited toward the success-based compensation.
2. Success-Based Compensation
You only pay an additional fee if we successfully negotiate a discount or special terms with Shopware together:

The basis is the regular Shopware list price for the chosen plan. The fixed fee of EUR 149 is deducted in full from the success fee.
Example Calculation
- Regular price: EUR 600 per month x 36 months = EUR 21,600
- Negotiated discount: 30% = EUR 6,480 savings
- Success fee (20%): EUR 1,296
- Already paid fixed fee: EUR 149
- Remaining success fee: EUR 1,147 net
That means you keep more than EUR 5,000 in savings while only taking a small initial risk.
